The ASTRO 2015 Annual Meeting Call for Abstracts is now open! The 57th Annual Meeting takes place October 18-21, 2015 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, located in the unique multi-cultural city of San Antonio. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Technology Meets Patient Care.” The scientific program will focus on the latest technological advances in the field, while emphasizing the importance of clinical skills to provide patients the full benefit of radiation oncology.
We encourage you to submit your abstracts from all aspects of our field, including basic, translational, technology-related, health services, epidemiologic, clinical studies and trials. New this year is a special physics sub-category entitled “Innovative Technologies in Radiation Oncology.” This new category allows physicists to submit their cutting edge research on innovative technologies within the field. Abstracts in this sub-category will be reviewed and selected by an independent panel of experts and presented in an oral session.
We have also expanded the digital poster discussions (now called ePosters) from 12 to 20 sessions, providing more opportunities for oral presentation.
